Attorney, Peter Mazzeo, of Mazzeo Law, LLC earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from the University of Bridgeport in Connecticut and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, New York.

From 1990 to 1999, Peter practiced Criminal Defense in Nassau County Long Island New York and in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and New York City. In 1999, Peter transferred his extensive trial skills from criminal to civil when he became a Plaintiff’s personal injury attorney in New York City and Westchester County and handled all types of personal injury and products liability cases. In 2004, Peter moved from New York City to Las Vegas and continued his civil litigation practice in Nevada.

Peter was a leading partner and trial attorney at a large insurance defense firm in Las Vegas from 2005-2014. Since 2014, he has been the founder and operating partner of Mazzeo Law, LLC and has taken his knowledge of insurance defense tactics to represent personal injury victims in their claims.

Throughout his career, Peter has gained extensive experience in the areas of personal injury litigation, medical malpractice, insurance defense, criminal defense, bad faith claims, and contract disputes. He has litigated numerous personal injury claims arising from dangerous products, premises liability, auto injuries, and vicious animal attacks.

Attorney, Thomas Larmore, graduated from the University of California Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in computer science. He earned employment as a claims representative at Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company, investigating, negotiating, and settling litigated bodily injury claims. While at Nationwide, Thomas interacted with plaintiff and insurance defense counsel and decided to pursue a career in law.

Thomas graduated top 25% from Loyola Law School and obtained his license to practice law in California, and practiced immigration law until 1997. As an immigration attorney, Thomas appeared in court hundreds of times, representing immigrants in political asylum applications.

Thomas relocated to Las Vegas, obtained his Nevada law license, and continued his immigration practice. Soon after Thomas branched out into construction defect litigation, business litigation, real estate litigation, probate litigation, personal injury, and insurance defense.

Thomas is currently an associate at Mazzeo Law, LLC in Las Vegas, NV, practicing personal injury, civil, and general law.

Thomas Larmore is licensed to practice in California, Nevada, the United States District Court, District Court of Nevada and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. He is a member of the California State Bar, the Nevada State Bar, and the Clark County Bar Association.

Thomas Larmore represented a plumbing subcontractor in In re Kitec, Dist. Ct. No.: A493302, Nevada’s largest class action lawsuit, which involved an estimated 40,000 homes.

Thomas Larmore represented the architect in a wrongful death/construction defect action. Thomas drafted a petition for writ of mandamus in Otak Nevada, LLC v. District Court, 260 P.3d 408 (2011) that resulted in a decision that actions involving construction defect against design professionals that are filed without a certificate of merit are void ab initio and without legal effect. All claims against the architect were dismissed for lack of the certificate of merit.

Thomas Larmore represented a consultant in an action involving the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”). Thomas drafted a petition for writ of mandamus in Rolf Jensen & Assoc. v. District Court, 128 Nev.Adv.Op. 42 that resulted in a decision that owners of public accommodations could not bring third-party indemnity claims against architects and ADA consultants for the owner’s own ADA violations. They dismissed all the claims against the consultant.
